You will need:
- cucumbers - 1 kg;
- currants (red) - 150-180 g;
- basil (leaves) - 3 pcs.;
- black pepper - 3 peas;
- dill (umbrella) - 1 branch;
- horseradish - 1/3 leaf;
- currant (leaves) - 2 pcs.;
- cherry (leaves) - 1 pc.;
- water - 1 liter;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- salt - 2 tbsp.
How to cook
1. Soak clean cucumbers in cold water and cut off the ends.
2. Place horseradish, cherry, basil and currant leaves, peppercorns, then garlic, cucumbers, and berries and dill on top of the clean jars.
3. To prepare the brine, add sugar and salt to the water and bring it to a boil, then pour into the jars and cover with lids.
4. Sterilize the preparations for 5-10 minutes in a pan with boiling water and roll up the lids.
Turn them over and, after they have cooled, put the cucumbers away for storage.
