Salads meet these parameters. And they do not necessarily have to be made exclusively from fresh vegetables.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare a tasty, filling and figure-friendly salad.
You will need:
- beets - 2 pcs.;
- feta cheese (brynza) - 80 gr;
- arugula - 1 bunch;
- walnuts - 20 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. Beets need to be boiled or baked, then peeled and cut into medium cubes.
2. Cut the cheese into cubes the same size as the beets, and grind the nuts into crumbs.
3. Prepare the dressing: chop the garlic, mix with oil and balsamic vinegar, add spices to taste.
4. Add beets to the dressing and stir.
5. Place arugula, beetroot, cheese on the bottom of the salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Cool if necessary and serve. Enjoy!
