How to Make a French Omelette with Zucchini
Take one small zucchini. If its skin is too tough, cut it off in advance.
Grind the fruit using a grater and place the resulting mass in a bowl.
Break two eggs into the same container, add salt and pepper to taste and add a little flour (one tablespoon is enough).
Mix the mixture thoroughly, pour it into a preheated frying pan, in which a piece of vegetable oil has been melted beforehand, and cover the pan with a lid.
After 5 minutes, remove the lid, turn the omelette over and fry it for the same amount of time.
The result will be a dense and golden-brown “pancake”, the taste of which you will surely like.
