Put the dough aside, roll out the second ball of dough, grease it with butter, sprinkle with flour, place the prepared envelope in the center, cover it with dough on both sides, grease it with butter, sprinkle with flour, and form a square.

As a result, you will get four thick flat cakes. Roll each one out again until it doubles in size.

Place the flatbread in a frying pan with butter, fry on low heat under a lid on both sides until golden brown. Grease the hot flatbreads with butter.
