Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make a plum pie.
You will need:
- plum - 500 gr;
- flour - 250 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- sour cream 20% - 130 g;
- sugar - 80 g;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- citric acid - 0.5 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 50 g;
- a pinch of salt;
- butter;
- powdered sugar.
How to cook
1. Cut clean plums into halves and remove pits.
2. Beat eggs with sugar (60 g) until fluffy foam forms and add salt, vegetable oil and sour cream.
3. Beat and sift the flour in small portions, add citric acid and soda, then mix the dough.
4. Grease the baking dish with butter, pour in the dough, place the plums cut side up, dipping them into the dough.
5. Sprinkle them with sugar (20 g), cinnamon if desired, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
The pie is removed from the pan after it has cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
