The thing is that diet food can be not only healthy, but also very tasty. An example would be a zucchini omelette.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare a tasty and healthy dish.
You will need:
- zucchini - 1 pc.;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- salt, spices and herbs to taste;
- sour cream - 2 tbsp;
- cheese - 80 g;
- tomato - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Peel and seed the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater, add salt and strain off excess juice. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
2. Beat the eggs separately, add sour cream and chopped herbs.
3. Mix the zucchini and egg mixture.
4. Place the tomatoes in a preheated frying pan, then pour the zucchini and egg mixture over them, sprinkle with cheese on top and cook under a lid on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
