- optionally cinnamon, nutmeg, sesame seeds, raisins;
- a pinch of salt.
Cooking process
The advantage of this porridge is that any additives will do - candied fruits, raisins, spices, seeds. This will only make the porridge tastier and more nutritious.
First, you need to put a glass of water and a pinch of salt in the cooking container. Then wait for the liquid to boil.
Next, add the polenta.
It is important to remember that this porridge needs your attention: otherwise, lumps cannot be avoided. It is convenient to use a pastry whisk.
Next, cook until the consistency you like. Turn off the heat and add honey. At this stage, add the ingredients you have chosen.
If we are talking about candied fruits and raisins, they are first soaked. If you decide to add nuts, they should be pre-crushed.
