Bell peppers can be frozen or pickled for the winter. And it can be not only the popular lecho.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook.
You will need:
- bell pepper - 1 kg;
- water - 200 ml;
- vegetable oil - 150 ml;
- apple cider vinegar - 100 ml;
- mustard - 200 g;
- mustard beans - 50 g;
- sugar - 3 tbsp;
- salt -1 tbsp;
- bay leaf - 1 pc.;
- allspice - 8-10 peas;
- turmeric - 1 tsp.
How to cook
1. Remove seeds from the pepper and cut into strips or cubes.
2. Then pour water into a saucepan, add vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar, two types of mustard, sugar, salt, bay leaf, allspice and turmeric.
3. Bring the marinade to a boil over low heat, cook for 5 minutes and add the chopped pepper, then bring to a boil under a lid and cook for 10 minutes after boiling without a lid.
4. When ready, pour into sterilized jars, close with lids, turn over and, once cool, put the preparations in a dark and cool place for storage. Enjoy!
