Another spectacular dish can be prepared from eggplants. Thanks to the set of ingredients, it looks not only appetizing, but also spectacular.
And cottage cheese and cheese are used as filling.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook.
You will need:
- eggplants - 3 pcs.;
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- cheese - 200 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- aromatic herbs and fresh greens to taste.
How to cook
1. Cut clean eggplants into halves, boil for 10 minutes in salted water and leave to cool.
2. To prepare the filling, mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix with grated cheese and egg.
3. Add garlic passed through a press, chopped greens and herbs, and salt to the prepared mixture.
4. Then the ingredients are mixed and the finished filling is seasoned with yogurt.
5. Carefully remove the pulp from the eggplants without damaging the skin, cut into cubes, mix with the filling and put back.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
