In August, many summer residents are busy picking zucchini.
And very often there is too much fruit collected.
Of course, you can try to give some of the vegetables to relatives and friends.
But what to do if there are still a lot of zucchini left? The answer is simple: you need to make something tasty and unusual from them.
For example, incredibly appetizing rolls, the recipe for which was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
How to Make Zucchini Rolls
Cut several zucchini lengthwise. You can use a vegetable cutter for this.
Next, break several raw eggs into a deep bowl. Salt them and whisk them. Pour in the sifted flour: there should be one heaped tablespoon for each egg.
Mix the contents of the container thoroughly. Dip all the zucchini slices into the resulting mixture.
Fry each piece on both sides. This will create the basis for future rolls.
Now we move on to preparing the filling. Everything is simple here: you need to mix chopped boiled eggs with cheese and chopped garlic. The resulting mass should be seasoned with mayonnaise.
For 4 eggs - 100 grams of cheese component, 1 clove of garlic and a couple of tablespoons of sauce.
The prepared mixture must be wrapped in previously prepared zucchini “ribbons”.
