How to make a salad with eggs and garlic?
List of required ingredients
- about three hundred grams of any salad (you can use a mixture);
- two hundred grams of small tomatoes;
- about 150 grams of cottage cheese;
- a couple of eggs;
- three spoons of unrefined oil (any);
- a spoon of lemon juice;
- two cloves of garlic;
- a spoonful of sesame seeds;
- salt and pepper if desired.
How to cook this dish
The salad is pre-washed, dried and torn by hand. No one cuts the salad with a knife. Place it in a salad bowl. Then add the halves of small tomatoes.
Cut the eggs and add them to the salad.
Mix the butter with chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. Add the cream cheese cubes.
