List of ingredients
- one small young zucchini;
- two eggs;
- butter for frying;
- a large spoon of flour;
- salt and pepper.
Method of preparation
First of all, you need to wash the zucchini and wipe it with a paper towel. Then grate the vegetable on a fine grater. Transfer the chopped vegetable to a container for preparing the preparation.
