This recipe does not require milk or other dairy products, and even a beginner can handle the task.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to quickly bake muffins.
You will need:
- eggs 4 pcs;
- sugar 150 g;
- butter 120 g;
- vegetable oil 100 ml;
- baking powder 10 g;
- flour 300 g;
- vanilla sugar 10 gr.
How to cook
1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to melt, then mix with the eggs until smooth.
2. Add vegetable oil to the prepared mixture and beat everything with a whisk.
3. Add sugar - regular and vanilla, baking powder and beat until everything is dissolved.
4. Then add flour, mix the dough until smooth and pour it into the molds to 2/3 of their volume.
Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
When ready, you can sprinkle the pastries with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
