How to make onion gravy?
List of ingredients
- three hundred grams of onions;
- about fifty grams of butter;
- a large spoon of flour;
- about a glass of water;
- one hundred grams of tasty sour cream with medium fat content;
- half a small spoon of ground nutmeg;
- one spoon of paprika;
- the required amount of onions.
Cooking process
First, you need to chop the onion finely with a knife. Then melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion. Cook the vegetable over low heat for about ten minutes.
Next, add flour and mix. Add spices and salt, and again bring to a homogeneous state.
Pour in about 250 ml of water. After our mixture boils, you can add sour cream, stir and wait two minutes.
After this, the gravy can be considered ready.
