For lovers of fried zucchini, there is an interesting recipe. Following it, you will get a fragrant, juicy and very tasty product.
Let's say right away - there is no need to add sauces. It is enough to "add" just two simple products.
The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
According to her, the whole cooking process does not take much time. And does not require much effort.
It will take you about five minutes to prepare and no more than twenty minutes to cook.
Here's what we'll need: 400 grams of zucchini, two large cloves of garlic, 15 grams of butter, 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil and dried herbs (to taste).
Cut the zucchini into circles (about 1 cm thick). Place in batches (say, three) in hot vegetable oil (a teaspoon).
Fry on medium heat for about three minutes, then turn over to the other side and fry for another 3 minutes. Do not cover the pan with a lid.
Next, place the zucchini on a plate, add salt and, if desired, dried herbs or spices.
Then we prepare the next batches. We put the zucchini on top of each other, add salt (herbs/spices).
After the zucchini, add finely chopped garlic and butter to the pan, which will provide a wonderful taste and aroma. Fry for half a minute.
Next, add the zucchini, stir and cook for another 30-40 seconds.
