Here comes the time for cucumbers – you can, of course, stock up on preparations for the winter from this vegetable, but you should not deny yourself the pleasure of eating lightly salted vegetables right now.
In addition, the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, shared a recipe for delicious lightly salted cucumbers, which will take you only a quarter of an hour to prepare.
For this, for 1 kg of cucumbers you will need:
- 1 bunch of dill,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Small cucumbers are best suited for this purpose; they should be washed in cold water and the ends removed.
Cut the vegetables lengthwise into 4 pieces and place them in a thick plastic bag.
Add the garlic, crushed with a knife or garlic press, and chopped dill there.
Add salt and pepper, then you can tie the bag, leaving a small amount of air in it.
Shake the bag to mix the cucumbers with the herbs and spices, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
