How to make peanut butter?

- about 300 grams of peanuts;
- 2 large spoons of agave syrup (can be replaced with liquid honey);
- a quarter of a small spoon of salt (finely ground sea salt);
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
Cooking process
First, you need to put the peanuts on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for a quarter of an hour. The temperature should be about 150 degrees.
Then we clean the nuts and put them in a blender.
First, beat the product until it becomes crumbly. Add salt, agave syrup or honey. Beat. Then add the specified amount of peanut butter.
Whip again. At this stage, the paste should have the perfect consistency. If the mass seems too thick, you can always fix the situation with oil.
