No heat treatment, just fresh vegetables, simple ingredients and affordable vitamins.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a fourth-category baker, told how to prepare lightly salted zucchini.
You will need:
- zucchini - 1 kg;
- dill - 30 g;
- salt - 2 tbsp;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- soy sauce - 10 ml;
- vinegar - 10 ml;
- honey - 1 tsp.
How to cook
1. Young zucchini are suitable for the recipe. They need to be washed and cut into thin slices, like cucumbers.
2. Chop the garlic and herbs, mix them with salt.
3. Separately mix soy sauce, vinegar and honey.
4. Place the vegetables in the bag, then add the dressing and salt-garlic mixture.
Then everything is simple. Tie the bag and shake vigorously.
Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes and put the snack in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
