You will need:
- cucumbers - 400 g;
- avocado - 1 pc.;
- arugula and mint to taste;
- lemon - 1 pc.;
- salt, ground black pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil - 60-70 ml.
How to cook
1. Cucumbers and avocados need to be washed and the skin removed, and in the case of avocados, the pit also needs to be removed.
2. Wash the leafy greens and, together with the cucumbers and avocado, grind them into a puree using a blender.
3. Add lemon juice and spices to taste to the puree.
