What to cook with zucchini: a recipe for juicy chicken fillet cutlets - children will love them

Soon, summer residents will not know what to do with their zucchini. With proper care, the vegetables bear fruit without stopping.

To prevent zucchini from overgrowing, you can process them for winter preparations and introduce them into your daily diet.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook chicken cutlets with zucchini.

You will need:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • semolina - 2 tbsp;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • black pepper (ground) and salt to taste;
  • dill, vegetable oil.

How to cook

1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, mix and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the juice.

2. Grate onion and potatoes into the resulting mass, add eggs, spices, semolina and leave for 15 minutes.

3. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, press the garlic, and finely chop the dill.

4. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and spoon the cutlet mixture into the pan like pancakes.

Fry on both sides over medium heat. Enjoy!
