How to cook that very “throat-cutter”: the secret is in the right proportions

If you have never made a throat cutter before, you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to do.

In principle, the ingredients for this snack are approximately the same in all recipes, but the main culinary trick is to find the ideal ratio of all products.

Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, told what to do to get the result exactly as you want.

So, let's move on to the list of ingredients. You will need:

  • 3-3.5 kg tomatoes;
  • 400-500 g horseradish;
  • 3 hot peppers;
  • 3 heads of garlic (large);
  • 3-4 tablespoons of salt.

For better storage of the preparation, experienced housewives advise adding one crushed aspirin tablet per three-liter jar.

First, prepare the vegetables: wash and peel the horseradish, garlic, and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into several pieces so that they can easily pass through a meat grinder or blender.

After this, it is worth turning all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass (remember how to do this - using a meat grinder or blender).

Stir the mixture and add salt – start with three tablespoons, then taste and add more if necessary.

Important: you should only taste it with a clean spoon, otherwise it will spoil very quickly, and no aspirin will help.
