Zucchini pancakes are exactly the kind of dish that requires a minimum of ingredients and effort, but at the same time gives maximum taste.
The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
For this you will need the following products (the quantity is indicated for one small zucchini):
- 1 egg;
- 50 g cheese;
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- salt and spices – to taste.
If possible (and desired), you can add dill, which should be finely chopped beforehand.
To make zucchini pancakes, peel the vegetable and grate the flesh on a coarse grater.
Mix the resulting mass with grated cheese, flour and crushed garlic. Don't forget about salt and spices.
Now you can start frying - cook the pancakes in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, bringing them to a golden brown crust on each side.
To serve, use sour cream sauce made from sour cream, fresh herbs, garlic and spices.
