Broccoli is a real champion in terms of nutrients and vitamins, and it doesn’t taste as bad as many people say.
However, some people feel bad when they hear about broccoli.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make pancakes with broccoli so that no one would guess.
You will need:
- chicken fillet - 400 g;
- broccoli - 200 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- flour - 2 tbsp;
- cheese - 50 g;
- sour cream - 1 tbsp;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Chop the chicken and broccoli into small pieces, finely grate the cheese, and press the peeled garlic.
2. Mix vegetables and meat in a bowl, add egg, flour, cheese and sour cream, spices to taste and mix until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and spoon in the mixture.
4. Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
Serve with your favorite side dish, salad or sauce. Enjoy!
