How to make lightly salted cucumbers in Polish style
For half a kilo of young cucumbers you will need: two cloves of garlic, a heaping teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of sunflower oil, 1-2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, 2 teaspoons of any flower honey, 2 teaspoons of mustard seeds, 2 teaspoons of 9% vinegar.
You can also add 0.5 tsp red hot pepper (flaked).
Cut the cucumbers into 1-1.5 cm thick slices, mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
Add cucumbers to the resulting marinade, mix, leave for half an hour at room temperature, and place in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
