Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make hearty zucchini pancakes with cheese and ham.
You will need:
- zucchini - 400 g;
- cheese - 100 g;
- ham - 100 gr;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 4 tbsp;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil,
- sour cream - 1 tbsp;
- garlic - 3 cloves.
How to cook
1. Wash the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater, add salt, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes. After the vegetables release juice, drain it.
2. At this time, you need to cut the ham into small cubes and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
4. Beat eggs into the prepared vegetable mixture, add sour cream and flour, chopped garlic, ham and cheese, and pepper.
5. Stir, heat the frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides in vegetable oil.
