French Cutlets Recipe
First, you need to prepare all the components of the future mince.
Take three slices of loaf and cut them. Place the resulting cubes in a deep container and pour kefir over them.
While the baked goods are absorbing the fermented milk product, coarsely chop one onion and place the resulting mass in a preheated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Heat treatment of the onion should continue until the surface of the vegetable turns golden.
Next, you should cut 700 grams of chicken fillet and mince the resulting pieces. Similarly, you should grind the previously soaked loaf and fried onion, as well as one clove of garlic.
Add one raw egg to the resulting mixture. Salt and pepper the mixture, mix thoroughly and beat. The mince is ready.
Next, you need to cut another onion. You can pour boiling water over the resulting rings to remove the bitterness from the vegetable.
You also need to cut tomatoes (2 pieces) and pickled cucumbers (3 pieces) into thin round slices, and also grate 100 grams of cheese.
After this, you need to form round cutlets from the minced meat directly on the baking sheet. To do this, you need to use a culinary ring.
The cutlets should be about 1 centimeter thick. Put some onion and 2-3 cucumber and tomato slices on each of them. Sprinkle all the “constructions” with grated cheese.
Place the metal sheet with the future culinary products in the oven for a third of an hour. The dish should be cooked at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Earlier, gourmets were told why cutlets are always tastier in restaurants.
