eggplants 2 pcs;
chickpeas 100 g;
vegetable oil 4 tbsp;
cilantro 1 bunch;
parsley 4 sprigs;
garlic 2 cloves;
lemon juice 2 tbsp;
vinegar (white wine) 1 tbsp;
salt and spices to taste.
How to cook
1. To prepare this dish, it is better to soak the chickpeas in the morning or at least for 4-6 hours.
2. When ready, boil it in salted water for 1-1.5 hours, but do not overcook it.
3. The eggplants need to be cut into large cubes, fried in vegetable oil until golden brown, salted, and then stewed until done.
