Moroccan cuisine may be exotic, but that doesn't mean it's difficult to prepare.
For example, any housewife in the entire post-Soviet space can prepare meatballs according to the recipe of Moroccan cooks.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook crispy Moroccan meatballs.
You will need:
- minced meat (lamb) - 250-300 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- potatoes - 1 pc.;
- salt and black pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- fresh herbs (parsley);
- flour - 1/4 cup.
How to cook
1. Peel the potatoes and boil until done, then grate and mix with the minced meat.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion, add it to the minced meat.
3. Chop the herbs and add to the mixture along with the beaten egg.
4. Form balls from the minced meat, flatten them a little for convenience, roll them in flour and you can cook.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
