How to make juicy cutlets
Firstly, you can get juicy and fluffy cutlets by adding soda to the minced meat. You don't need to add much, just a pinch.
Secondly, eggs add fluffiness to the cutlets. Two eggs are enough for a kilogram of minced meat.
Thirdly, chopped onions. It is important to add them immediately before frying.
You can also add white cabbage (150 grams of cabbage per kilogram of minced meat) and white bread soaked in milk or heavy cream (250 grams of bread and 350 milliliters of liquid per kilogram of minced meat).
