Jam – it sounds unusual and delicious. In fact, this dessert tastes different from regular jam, because in addition to berries and sugar, another ingredient is used.

You will need:
- strawberries - 1.5 kg;
- sugar - 1.5 kg;
- water - 100 ml;
- agar-agar - 40 gr.
How to cook
1. Wash the berries and remove the stems, then cut the large berries into pieces.
2. Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, put the berries, pour in water and set to cook on medium heat. When it boils, cook for another 10 minutes, stirring the berries.
3. Next, mix agar-agar and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add to the berries and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring the jam.
4. After this, pour in the remaining sugar, bring to a boil and cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into sterile jars and close with lids. Enjoy!
