One of the most frequently appearing vegetables in the kitchen is beetroot. It is used to prepare first courses, winter preparations and salads.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare a hearty and original beet salad.
You will need:
- beet;
- apple;
- celery;
- cheese (gorgonzola);
- balsamic vinegar;
- wine vinegar;
- walnuts;
- olive oil;
- black pepper;
- greens (salad).
How to cook
1. Boil the beets until done, peel, cut into thin slices, strips or circles.
2. Place beets in a bowl and sprinkle with red wine vinegar (1/4 cup).
3. Mix balsamic vinegar (3 tbsp), olive oil (1 tbsp) and add a spoon of boiled cooled water.
4. Chop the salad greens and pour the prepared dressing over them.
5. The apples should be cut in the same way as the beets, and the nuts and celery should be chopped.
6. Then put the greens into the salad bowl, followed by the beets, apples and celery.
Add salt and pepper to taste and desire, sprinkle with nuts and cheese on top and serve. Enjoy!
