Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare lazy khachapuri in 15 minutes.
You will need:
- flour - 1 cup;
- milk - 1 glass;
- cheese (suluguni) - 250 gr;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- butter - 20 g;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. Beat the egg with a whisk, add salt, pour in the milk and stir.
2. Now you can sift the flour, grate the cheese and add it to the dough.
3. Stir well and heat the pan.
4. Melt the butter and pour the batter into the pan in an even layer.
Bake on medium heat, covered, for 5-7 minutes, then turn over and cook until done.
Let cool and serve with herbs and fresh vegetables.
