To prepare a familiar dish using a new recipe, use the following ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat,
- 1 onion,
- 2-3 pickled cucumbers,
- Salt and pepper - to taste,
- Breadcrumbs for breading and vegetable oil for frying.
The onion and pickles need to be chopped - for this you can use a grater with medium-sized holes, after which you need to add the resulting mixture to the minced meat.
Then you need to add salt and pepper to taste to the mixture for preparing cutlets, and also add other spices if you want.
It is important to take into account the degree of saltiness of the cucumbers – salt may not be needed at all.
Mix the minced meat well, form cutlets from it, roll them in breadcrumbs if desired and fry in vegetable oil.
