How to Make Delicious Egg Cutlets

Components

- five medium-sized eggs;
- a third of a standard loaf of bread;
- one uncooked egg;
- five spoons of puree;
- one fried onion;
- breading;
- salt, spices and any additives at your own discretion.

Cooking process

Five chicken eggs need to be boiled until fully cooked and wait until they reach room temperature, peel. Separate the yolks and chop them with a knife.

The crustless loaf is soaked in water and added to the yolks. We also add the fried onion. Then we add the chopped whites, mashed potatoes, raw egg, spices, and salt.

We form cutlets, bread them and start frying.
