How to Make Bean Pate
List of ingredients
- a can of beans (preferably red);
- a small can of canned tuna;
- a spoon of crushed walnuts;
- a small salad onion;
- a couple of sprigs of cilantro;
- half a spoon of lemon juice;
- spices and salt to your taste.
Method of preparation
You will need to immediately remove the beans and tuna from the cans and transfer them to a blender. Drain off as much liquid as possible. Chop the onion and add it to the other ingredients.
Next we add cilantro, pour in lemon juice, season and salt.
