Recipe for omelette with cottage cheese
Take a deep container, break two eggs into it, add a little salt and pepper, and then beat with a fork or whisk.
Add 30 grams of mashed cottage cheese to the resulting egg mixture.
As another addition, use greens, such as dill or parsley.
Mix the contents of the container thoroughly. Pour the prepared mixture into a heated frying pan.
Sprinkle the resulting “pancake” with 30 grams of grated cheese, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low.
In a few minutes the dish will be ready. Fold it in half. You will get something between an omelet, fried eggs and a cheesecake. It is very filling and tasty!
