You will need to take potatoes and apples in equal proportions. Apples and potatoes must be completely peeled and seeded.

Afterwards, for ease of cooking, you need to chop the products into cubes and send them to boil. This usually takes from 10 to 15 minutes, but it is still better to check the readiness of the products.

Next, remove the water and keep the pan with the lid on the stove with the heat turned off for five minutes. This will allow excess moisture to be removed, if any.

Add butter, Dijon mustard and a small amount of nutmeg. Mix and serve.
