How to make real garlic sauce for shawarma?
First, you need to mix half a glass of fatty mayonnaise and sour cream. If you want the sauce to be tasty, it is better to use homemade mayonnaise.
Then pour in a glass of kefir and stir again.
Add any spices and salt. Grind two cloves of garlic with a press and add to the preparation, mix.
Take one pickled cucumber and chop it finely, add it to the other ingredients.
You can also add some greens.
Mix again and use as intended: the luxurious shawarma sauce is ready.
