You will need:
- strawberries - 450 g;
- gelatin - 15 g;
- cream (33% fat) - 300 ml;
- sugar - 75 gr.
How to cook
1. Pour 5 tablespoons of cold water over the gelatin.
2. Grind the clean berries in a blender, add sugar.
3. When the gelatin has swelled, heat it over low heat. It should dissolve, but not boil.
4. When the gelatin has cooled, you need to add the strawberry puree to it – in small portions and mixing well.
5. Whip the cream into a thick foam, add the strawberry mixture in small portions, stir until smooth, distribute into bowls and put in the refrigerator until completely set.
