Zucchini pancakes should be tender and thin. Housewives carefully add flour, trying not to make the dish "heavy".
But everything depends on the recipe, of which even this simple dish has quite a few.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make zucchini pancakes with kefir.
You will need:
- zucchini - 300 g;
- kefir - 150 ml;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- flour - 2-3 tbsp;
- soda - 0.5 tsp;
- fresh herbs and salt to taste,
- vegetable oil for frying.
How to cook
1. Finely chop the greens, grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg and mix.
2. Take warm (room temperature) kefir and add soda to it, stir.
3. When the soda has boiled, pour kefir over the zucchini, add herbs, and stir.
4. Sift the flour and mix the dough to a medium consistency (so that it flows smoothly from the spoon).
Add salt to taste and bake the pancakes in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.
Serve with sour cream.
