You will need:
cream (fat content 33%) - 400 g;
condensed milk - 190-200 gr.
How to cook
1. Pour the cream into a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until you get a fluffy mass.
2. Then add condensed milk and continue beating with a mixer, but only at low speed.
3. Mix until smooth, but not for too long, otherwise you may end up with oil.
4. Transfer everything into a container, cover with a lid or cling film and put in the freezer.
5. After 30 minutes, you need to stir the mass again. This is done four times with an interval of 30 minutes.
After 6-8 hours the ice cream will be ready.
