Green onions are one of the most accessible vitamins. The feathers can be grown all year round on a windowsill in an apartment.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make a jellied pie with green onions.
You will need:
- flour - 130 g;
- sour cream (20% fat) - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp;
- egg - 4 pcs.;
- soda - 0.5 tsp;
- vinegar - 1 tsp;
- green onions - 80 g;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add flour, salt and baking soda slaked with vinegar. Then add mayonnaise, sour cream and mix.
2. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes, and during this time finely chop the onion greens.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in half of the dough, and then spread the filling evenly.
4. Pour the remaining dough over and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
It will be tastier and more filling if you add boiled eggs to the onion.
