How to make a salad from young cabbage
List of ingredients
- a quarter of a kilogram of cabbage;
- one medium cucumber;
- half a bunch of onion and dill feathers;
- two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, four tablespoons of unrefined olive oil;
- half a small spoon of sugar and the required amount of salt.
Method of preparation
The main ingredient should be chopped as thinly as possible to make the salad as tasty as possible. Immediately send the cabbage to the serving container.
Peel the cucumber and chop the vegetable into cubes, add to the cabbage. Finely chop the onion and dill, add to the other ingredients.
In a separate container, prepare the dressing: mix apple cider vinegar with olive oil, salt and sugar. Then dress the salad and serve.
