The answer to the question of why Italians never get tired of pasta is ridiculously simple: it's because they constantly eat it with different sauces.
The recipe for one of them, a mushroom one, was shared with us by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
Let's start with the necessary ingredients - fortunately, there are only four of them:
- 500 g champignons;
- 5 tablespoons cream;
- 3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 onions.
Preparing mushroom sauce for spaghetti consists of several stages.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom. Fry finely chopped onion in oil.
Add the chopped mushrooms here and fry them, stirring constantly, until all the moisture has evaporated.
Add cream to the saucepan. Salt and pepper the sauce, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Simmer the dressing over low heat for about 8 minutes. During this time, it should thicken, after which you can safely pour it over the spaghetti.
