List of ingredients

- half a kilo of chicken liver;
- about 100-130 grams of butter;
- a couple of spoons of cream;
- one onion;
- three spoons of cognac;
- a little salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Cooking process

First, you need to chop the onion and fry it in butter. You don't need to take the entire specified amount: just 15 grams is enough. Once the vegetable has become transparent, the primary heat treatment can be stopped.

Meanwhile, clean, wash, dry the chicken liver and add it to the onion. Mix and add salt and spices.

Next, you need to wait seven minutes. After that, pour in the cognac.
