Cooking process
First, you need to chop the onion and fry it in butter. You don't need to take the entire specified amount: just 15 grams is enough. Once the vegetable has become transparent, the primary heat treatment can be stopped.
Meanwhile, clean, wash, dry the chicken liver and add it to the onion. Mix and add salt and spices.
Next, you need to wait seven minutes. After that, pour in the cognac.
Mix and fry the liver for a few minutes without a lid. Then put the ingredients in a blender bowl and add the rest of the butter.
