Methodology
For this recipe, you should take frozen, not chilled sticks. You should start cooking immediately after purchasing. First, remove the packaging from the sticks and grind them with a grater.
We do the same with the cheese and combine the ingredients. Add the garlic, chopped with a knife, egg, salt and pepper and mix.
