You can make many different dishes from cabbage, but it is better to make salads from fresh young cabbage.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare one such salad.
You will need:
- young cabbage - 350 g;
- radish - 150 g;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. Remove the top leaves, wash the cabbage and chop finely.
2. Cut the radish into medium cubes or circles.
3. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with vegetable oil and add salt and spices to taste.
Finally, you can lightly sprinkle the salad with balsamic vinegar. It will add a pleasant sourness.
Stir, cool in the refrigerator if necessary and serve.
