Recipe for "cake" made from crab sticks
First you need to hard-boil three eggs.
Next, they need to be separated into whites and yolks. Both parts of the product need to be chopped using a grater (use the side with small holes).
Mix the yolks with 250 grams of grated cheese. Add some chopped garlic to the resulting mixture. Use a couple of spoons of mayonnaise as a dressing.
Next, you need to unwrap all the crab sticks from the pack.
Take the first leaf, spread some egg-cheese-garlic paste on it, and place another leaf on top.
Repeat these steps until the unwrapped crab sticks are finished. The top layer should be paste.
Sprinkle the prepared “cake” with previously chopped egg yolk.
