You must admit, it’s not bad when a couple of stuffed pancakes are waiting for their moment in the freezer – this is an excellent option for a tasty and quick breakfast or lunch.
Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, told how to properly reheat such a dish so that the pancakes do not burn and the filling does not leak out.
Oven
Take the pancakes out of the freezer and place them in the refrigerator to defrost. Then grease the baking pan with butter, lay out the pancakes and cover them with foil. Put the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
By the way, if you are making sweet pancakes with filling, for example, with cherries, fruits or cottage cheese, you can make an additional filling. Beat the egg with sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the sweet pancakes and only then put them in the oven.
Pan
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt a small amount of butter and fry the previously defrosted pancakes on one side for 5 minutes. Turn them over and cover with a lid. Fry the pancakes for another 5 minutes.
Multicooker
Place a piece of softened butter in the multicooker bowl. Add the frozen pancakes, close the multicooker and set the "Bake" mode. Cook the pancakes for 5 minutes, then turn them over and wait another 5 minutes.
Microwave oven
Even elementary school children can reheat pancakes in the microwave. Place them on a plate in a single layer and microwave for 3 minutes using the "defrost" setting.
After the specified time, grease your future snack with melted butter and put it in the microwave again, but this time select the normal mode for heating food. After 2-3 minutes, the plate with pancakes can be taken out.
