When cooking rice, you can use all kinds of peppers, herbs and sauces; there are no restrictions.
As for the amount of water, for one part of rice you need to take two parts of water.
Before cooking, the rice must be thoroughly washed. Pour the grain into a large container, place it under running water and, stirring the rice with your hand, fill the container several times and drain the water until it becomes clear.
After boiling, cook the rice for 15 minutes on low heat. Then turn off the heat and leave the rice under the lid for 15 minutes.
